A shepherdess from the hills, handpicker in the garrigue, carefully selected the typical plants of Languedoc Roussillon for their respective and complementary virtues.
To extract the best from it and develop a top-of-the-range premium Mediterranean gin, OXXiTAN joined forces with Philippe Defleur, a talent who won many awards in France and abroad. Drawing on the experience of a two-century-old distillery, the master distiller found the perfect alchemy between the 11 organic aromatic plants that make up the original and unique Occitan recipe of your organic gin.
OXXiTAN is made in the purest tradition of a London Dry Gin, a demanding method, a guarantee of quality and finesse, without adding sugar or artificial flavoring or coloring.
Plants and spices are macerated by typicity, in organic wheat alcohol itself distilled on site, to then be blended and distilled 6 times in a Carl still. Carl is a German family factory created in 1869 whose copper ensures the best rendering of flavors for spirits.
